Two Roads Development is driving Elysee to new heights in East Edgewater with its aesthetic and outstanding quality.
“Miami is now producing the same caliber of development you see in New York and London,” said Reid Boren, Managing Partner at Two Roads Development. Boren wants Miami to be a global contender for the luxury throne and has introduced top-end property Elysee to make grand strides in this direction. What standards does he have in mind, you ask? For starters, he has enlisted Bernardo Fort-Brescia to handle the architecture and Jean-Louis Deniot for some intimately elegant interiors. The 57-story Elysee will offer units starting at 2,660 square feet and range all the way up to 10,000+ square feet. “True waterfront is more than just a view,” said Boren. You have to admit, it’s hard not to like what you’re reading…
Refreshingly, Elysee is not about glitz but about enduring style, starting with the architecture presented by Bernardo Fort-Brescia. “Elysee will resemble an orderly stack of glass playing cards when it is finished,” explained Jean-Louis Deniot. The structure’s slender physique, three-tiered telescoping shape, and alluringly light tones will keep it discreet for a building of that stature. “It is ultimately a boutique condominium that will boast amenities ready to take on much larger properties,” continued Boren. A spa, 75-foot resort pool, fitness center, yoga studio, and blow-dry bar will adorn the seventh floor. But once residents get their Vinyasa flow and blow-dry sessions out of the way, they can head up to the 30th floor for a serious soirée. Yes, the additional floor of amenities will offer a dining hall large enough to seat 30 and more still for those cocktail cruisers who like to stand and enjoy the view.
The dining rooms in the residences will be nothing to balk at either, bearing in mind that the smallest homes at Elysee will offer a very generous 2,600 square feet. The 100 residences will feature different layouts, affording three to five bedrooms as well as den options.
Keeping in mind Two Roads’s commitment to quality, kitchens will come with ItalKraft cabinetry and both Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The tech won’t stop there, either, with Savant wireless technology enabling residents to control the temperature from anywhere with a tap on their iPhones. The exemplary architecture will offer not one but two 8- to 10-foot terraces facing east and west in each abode. Yes, sip coffee with the rising sun and toast to its demise with a glass of red in the evening. “The views will face Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and Downtown,” reminded Boren.
“We aren’t disclosing a lot of information about the penthouses, yet,” said Boren. But what we do know is that the largest will burgeon out to a very generous 10,000 square feet. Sufficiently excited? Given these stats, there really isn’t anything else like Elysee here in Miami. It is bespoke-boutique yet grandiose, magnificent but humble, loaded with amenities and also in one of the coolest neighborhoods in town. “I love the bay, and East Edgewater is one of the best areas to fully enjoy it,” closed Boren. With the Design District on fire, the bay at its doorstep, and all the makings for the good life in place, Elysee sounds very much like a Parisian revery.
